With more than 25 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and organizational growth across the social impact sector, Jaya Rupanagunta is a nonprofit executive passionate about helping organizations scale proven solutions that improve the lives of underserved communities. Her career spans executive leadership, program innovation, organizational transformation, and impact measurement, working alongside nonprofit leaders to build resilient organizations capable of achieving lasting change.

Jaya's expertise lies in organizational strategy, operational excellence, partnership development, and designing systems that enable nonprofits to grow without compromising quality or impact. She has led initiatives across financial inclusion, education, workforce development, affordable housing, community health, and programs supporting foster youth, neurodiverse learners, survivors of domestic violence, and communities affected by human trafficking. Throughout her career, she has combined technology, data, and sustainable business models to help organizations expand their reach while strengthening evidence of impact.

As Executive Director of Hello Future, Jaya is leading the organization's next phase of global growth—building partnerships across the Global South, strengthening its evidence-based model, and expanding access to future-ready education that equips young people in low-resourced, refugee and displacement-affected communities with the confidence, critical thinking, and agency to shape their own futures.
