Good curriculum fails in the hands of a lecturer.

Curriculum doesn't deliver itself. The hardest part of project-based learning isn't the content, it's getting an instructor to share authority with a room instead of lecturing to it. Our Training of Trainers suite is built around that single problem. Every product starts from the Universal foundation and applies it to a specific delivery context. Trainers leave able to hold the architecture, the norms, and the rigor while handing students the path to the answer.

Our Training of Trainers (TOT)

  • The foundation. Required before any other training in the suite. Establishes the project-based methodology, the facilitator-as-architect stance, and the governed transfer of authority that makes the model work. Everything else builds on this.

  • Applied training for media literacy delivery. Assumes the Universal foundation and takes trainers deep into the specific moves media work requires. Built for trainers who have run the Universal and are ready to specialize.

  • Prepares trainers to teach AI literacy in low-resource and multilingual contexts. Covers how bias enters AI systems at every layer, from training data to language dominance to the patterns of use itself, and the question most AI curricula skip: who holds authority in a classroom built around a tool that sounds certain.

  • The train-the-trainer tier. Develops experienced facilitators into trainers who can deliver the Universal themselves, building lasting training capacity inside partner organizations.

  • Don't see your context here? We adapt format, duration, and delivery to an organization's operating reality while holding the methodology intact. Tell us what you're working with.
